Technical Requirements
- Zoom application
- Access to a strong, stable and secure Wi-Fi/Internet Connection
- Access to a Laptop/Monitor/iPad or other device with a Webcam
- Availability of good lighting. Light source must be behind the client
- Access to a quiet area for ease of communication OR good quality headphones
Material Requirements
- Writing utensils including – pen/pencil, erasers, highlighters
- Writing pad/notebook
- Organizer/binder
- Small/medium whiteboard
- Stable non-rocking or rotating chair
Behavioral Requirements
- Eliminate all distractions (e.g., cellphones, pets, video games, control sibling interference)
- Access only the Zoom window and links/documents sent over by therapist
- Notify the therapist before muting microphone or turning off webcam
For Parent/Guardian
- Ensure the child has access to all required materials before the start of each session
- Assist the child with organization if needed at the end of each session
Covid – 19 Protocols
- All desks and materials are sanitized after each client
- Our restroom is for our clients only and is sanitized after every use
- All clients are required to fill out Covid-19 screeners prior to entering our office
- Masks are worn at all times
- Temperatures are taken upon entering the office
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office
- All doors are left open for increased ventilation
- 6 ft physical distancing is practiced as much as possible
- There is no waiting in our waiting room at this time
